Sterling State Bank is seeking a motivated and professional Full-Time Teller to support our growing south metro team. This unique role offers the opportunity to work at two of our beautiful branch locations each day:
Mornings (approximately 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.) at our Lakeville location
- 16366 Kendrick Avenue, Lakeville, MN 55044.
Afternoons (approximately 1:00 p.m. – 5:15 p.m.) at our Savage location
- 14185 Hwy 13 S, Savage, MN 55378
Tellers are responsible for processing customer transactions. These include deposits, payments, transfers, change orders and currency processing. The ability to follow bank policies and procedures in performance of the job are also important attributes. Tellers are the friendly face of the Bank to all our wonderful customers. Job description:
Sterling State Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Lakeville, MN location. This key management role is responsible for driving branch growth, managing deposit operations, leading staff, and actively participating in lending activities. The ideal candidate will build relationships with new and existing clients, deliver high-quality customer service, and support community involvement.
Expanded Lender & Branch Responsibilities:
- Lending & Business Development: Actively build and manage a portfolio of consumer and small business loan customers.
- Loan Products: Demonstrate solid knowledge of bank loan products to assist customers with lending needs.
- Deposit & Cash Management: Oversee deposit operations and advise customers on cash management solutions.
- Customer Service & Relationship Management: Meet with customers to resolve conflicts, answer questions, and strengthen banking relationships.
- Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and manage branch staff, including coordinating scheduling.
- Community Involvement: Actively develop relationships with community stakeholders and represent the bank in local business/non-profit organizations.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (business, finance, or related field preferred).
- 3 years of experience in consumer or small business banking.
- 2 years of experience managing staff, providing leadership, and accountability (preferably in the banking or financial industry).
