Branch Manager - Sterling State Bank – Lakeville, MN

Sterling State Bank is seeking applications for the position of Branch Manager for our bank branch located in Lakeville, MN.

Our Branch Managers are an important part of our management team and are responsible for leading their individual locations. This can include lending, overseeing deposit operations, and advising on cash management solutions.

As branch manager you have the opportunity to build relationships with new and existing bank customers, manage and lead branch staff and be involved in local business and non-profit organizations.

 

Specific responsibilities include:

• Help deliver great customer service both through your actions personally and through managing the branch team’s performance.
• Meeting with customers to answer questions, resolve conflicts and add new banking relationships.
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of bank loan and deposit products.
• Develop relationships with community stakeholders
• Manage branch staff and coordinate scheduling.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (business, finance or related field preferred)
• 3 years of experience in consumer or small business banking
• 2 years of experience managing staff, and providing leadership and accountability (preferably in the banking or financial industry)

 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000 - $105,000 per year

Expected hours: Full-Time - 40 per week

Full-Time Teller - Rochester, MN 

Job description

Sterling State Bank has an opening for a Full Time Teller (40 hours per week) located at our Rochester corporate office (4200 Badger Hills Drive NW, Rochester, MN).

Tellers are the friendly face of the Bank to all our wonderful customers. We are seeking an applicant who enjoys providing great customer service while making each of our customers feel welcomed in our branches. Professional standards of accuracy, privacy and attention to detail are important for this position.

Tellers are responsible for processing customer transactions. These include deposits, payments, transfers, change orders and currency processing. The ability to follow bank policies and procedures in performance of the job are also important attributes. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 depending on experience
