Transfer Steps

Need to make a transfer? Follow these simple-to-do steps to make both one-time and recurring transfers

One-Time Transfers

1. Select your From Account and your To Account from the drop-down menu
2. Enter the Transfer Date
3. Enter the Transfer Amount
4. Enter an optional unique Description for future reference
5. Click Process Transfer
6. Review your transfer, make changes if needed by clicking Edit and click Complete Transfer

Recurring Transfers

1. Select your From Account and your To Account from the drop-down menu
2. Enter the Transfer Date
3. Select the Repeat box
4. Select the Frequency of the transfer from the drop-down menu
5. Select a duration option from the Repeat the Transfer section
6. Enter the Transfer Amount
7. Enter an optional unique Description for future reference
8. Review your transfer, make changes if needed by clicking Edit and click Complete Transfer

Text Banking is available to all customers with a mobile device that allows text (SMS) messaging. The text will come from this number: 99588. The customer can text different commands to the 99588 number, after enrollment. The information that is available to customers through this service includes:

• View account balances
• View account transaction history
• View ATM locations
• View branch locations 

Text Commands

• Bal — To view account balance. Add account nickname after the comand for a specific account only. Ex. Bal chk1
• hist  — To view account transaction history. Ex. Hist chk1
• atm — To view nearby ATM locations. By zipcode or city and state. Ex. Branch 55904 or Branch Rochester, MN
• branch — To view nearby branch locations. By zipcode or city and state. Ex. Branch 55904 or Branch Rochester, MN
• both — To view nearby ATM and branch locations. Ex. Both 55904 or Both Rochester, MN
• help — To request list of commands
